Hi, I’m Kate Albers
I work with high-pressure individuals who feel like they’re constantly trying to keep up — students, young professionals, and men navigating identity, stress, and expectations.
I also specialize in supporting men through the emotional challenges that come with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum adjustment, and the evolving responsibilities of fatherhood.
With a background in neuroscience, I bring a unique understanding of how the brain functions and how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are deeply interconnected. This knowledge helps clients uncover patterns, make sense of their experiences, and feel empowered to create meaningful change.
My Approach
My approach is calm, direct, and validating — a space where you don’t need to have it all together, where pressure can be named, and where strength can include softness, support, and honesty. I believe that meaningful growth happens when we approach life’s challenges with both self-compassion and a healthy sense of humor. While life can be difficult, I help clients find moments of lightness—offering new perspectives and space for change.
